Our AC recently stopped working, the Grech team were able to come out the next business day, and were quick to identify the problem. They were able to get a replacement part and make the repair in a couple of days.
Every other place I called couldn’t even get out to us for 2-4 weeks!

Grech replaced a 20 year old external gas ducted heater for me in Richmond, and did a terrific job, and were most helpful to deal with and patient with my queries. After an initial visit and a proposal where I asked for several options, we landed on a replacement gas ducted unit that was more efficient with a better controller. They returned promptly to do the install and removed the old unit for disposal and cleaned up behind them. Grech had also helped me 15 years ago when I installed a new heater at a different property I was staying in at the time. No hesitation in recommending them for a job. They were extremely helpful in diagnosing my issues with my heater and recommend a new control panel. The people were very nice and I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly considering covid. Guys were quick on install as well. Now able to use Google to control the heater/cooler and can set schedules for on/off for my home.

His knowledge in the industry is extensive and I have peace of mind when dealing with him knowing that I am getting the best service and advice out there. Prompt service, they know their stuff, and you always get a clear, straight explanation of what’s going on (and what the job’s going to cost). They’ve done cooling repairs and installations for us in the past, as well as roofing repairs. Definitely recommend.
Phill and the team at Grech have been brilliant to deal with. My family used them some 20 years ago and when we required a new heating and cooling system as a result of an extension, we did not hesitate to call them again. Phill personally came to our house for the quote and worked with us on a number of solutions. He was patient in working not only within our budget but in what would provide the best possible efficiency and effect. He knows his product, answered all questions with ease and the detail I required. He also was gracious enough to allow me to spread out the install of my downstairs and upstairs heating and cooling to work within my budget, whilst locking in the price of his quote. Not many businesses would do that these days. The trades he has working with him are polite and very decent young men, a real credit to this company’s focus on quality and service. Install ran like clockwork (they work so hard!) and clean up all taken care of, you’d never have known they were here. I cannot recommend Grech Heating and Cooling enough. Ten years ago I had Grech Air Conditioning repair an old Lenox Unit. Much investigation by the competent Technician resulted in excellent results. Recently I had another problem with the unit. Again very professional, efficient service from Grech returned the unit to perfect operation.

Had the service tech (stas) and the young apprentice (Zak) come to my place, outstanding quick, effective work, I also really liked how the apprentice was being taught things by stas. I was told what was wrong with my unit (Lennox) and was very happy with the final outcome, I am now warm again. Very happy with BOTH boys work. Highly recommend Grech.
